Job Summary

In this role, you will primarily be recruiting best-in-class talent for Citrix. This role is part of a small regional APJ (Asia Pacific & Japan) Talent Acquisition team, a member of the extended HR team, and has high internal visibility.

The role offers good flexibility for remote or hybrid working as you’ll be working across different geographies and functions and be connecting with colleagues across, and outside of, the APJ region.

You’ll also have opportunity to get involved in activities that support continuous improvement for Talent Acquisition so a high degree of flexibility and an appetite to learn on the job together is highly valued.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leading client relationship management with specific Senior leaders and partner to understand their business and hiring needs, continuously engages with clients regardless of requisition volume. Provides back-up to peers across the region as required

  • Leading discussions around location, experience and other requisition requirements and utilize data to support stronger decision-making and solve Citrix talent needs

  • Be accountable for executing on Citrix internal recruiting processes consistently and proactively raising recommendations for improvement

  • Independently develop recruitment tactics to source and connect directly with candidates to build active and passive talent pipelines for junior to mid-level hires

  • Leading weekly and monthly progress calls for your client groups

  • Use your “out of the box” thinking to support Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging

  • Be a strong brand ambassador with the capability to coach internal stakeholders and third-party partners around our employer brand

  • Leveraging internal and external tools such as Workday and Tableau analytics to guide advice to stakeholders and influence talent decisions with the use of data

  • Partnering with stakeholders to ensure we fulfil our commitment to a superior experience for candidates, hiring managers and agency partners

  • Be the go-to person for talent pipelining advice in your assigned areas

  • Participate effectively in regional and global projects and processes to support continuous improvement in strategic recruiting and/or HR projects

  • Cultivating a strong relationship and alignment with HR Business Partners

  • Proactively leadsing relationships with key agencies to support executive hiring

  • Conducting New Hire orientation

  • Checking in with new hires and managers on work progress and performance. Provides proactive and timely feedback to HRBP for appropriate employee engagement and action e.g. probation reviews

  • Conducting exit interviews and builds alumni network for longer-term opportunities

Basic Qualifications

  • Full-lifecycle recruitment experience managing significant volume spread across multiple job families and across both junior and senior requisitions

  • Demonstrated success in closing highly qualified candidates using a variety of progressive direct sourcing techniques to develop talent pipelines

  • Experience of effective collaboration with third party agencies to achieve mutual success

Preferred Qualifications

  • A pro-active, independent “Can Do Attitude”

  • Excellent communicator, strong business partnering and huge passion for recruitment!

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent intellectual capacity

  • Conversant in English and Japanese languages

  • Preference for candidates with country experience in Japan

  • Preference for candidates from a sales recruitment or general commercial background with agency experience highly valued

  • Strong organization agility skills and the interpersonal skills to navigate roles in multiple functions, levels and locations

  • Highly efficient and organized in complex process administration; consistent attention to detail

  • Experience acting as a Brand / functional ambassador including at external events

  • Good presentation skills with ability to accurately represent Talent Acquisition performance at QBRs and All-hands meetings for specific client groups

  • Coaching, mentoring and leadership capabilities

  • Familiarity with Workday ATS would be advantageous
