What we're looking for:

Primary Duties / Responsibilities

•    Requisition is for the NA shift

•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•    Obtain certifications in Citrix and Microsoft technologies first 4-6 months.

•    Develop a technical sales foundation with good understanding of the Citrix Professional Services Methodology and consultative selling program.

•    Develop a technical understanding of the components of the Citrix product portfolio and how to install them in a variety of settings.

•    Learn key technical concepts around desktop and server virtualization, cloud computing, server-based computing, and network/systems architectures.

•    Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills, whereby individuals do research prior to seeking help from others.

•    Supplement their initial training through the use of client experience, self-study manuals, and point of need training.

•    Establish basic professional client relationships while engaged with clients as well as on internal projects. Successfully execute assigned tasks and appropriately relay status and escalates issues to team leads.

•    Conduct product demonstrations and presentations under the supervision of experienced resources.

•    Develop time management skills and the ability to multi-task across multiple assignments.

•    Demonstrate the ability to effectively network across multiple functional areas in an organization.

•    Troubleshoot technical issues in Citrix, Microsoft, and Cloud Environments.

•    Provide regular and efficient updates on assigned tasks and activities to appropriate stakeholders.

Qualifications (knowledge, skills, abilities)

  • Must have demonstrated excellent academic achievement and good communication skills.

  • Must be flexible, dependable, and capable of quickly learning new products and technologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly.

  • Problem-solving ability with business and technical challenges.

  • Positive client service attitude.

  • Ability to work effectively in a small- to medium-size team environment.

  • Aptitude to learn ITIL qualifications.

  • Aptitude to learn technical skills such as:

  • Microsoft or applicable directory services understanding (LDAP, Active Directory, etc.).

  • Profile and policies related to users.

  • Windows Server installation and configuration.

  • Cloud Computing differentiators from the on-prem model.

  • Basic Networking concepts (TCP/IP, Routing, Networking).

  • Application Development, SQL, and/or scripting.

Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, and Experience)

  • Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent 6 to 8  years of similar job experience.

  • Bachelor of  Engineering from an accredited university in the areas of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or equivalent field of study a plus.

  • Citrix, Microsoft, ITIL, and Cisco related technical certifications a plus.
