Position Overview
The Technical Analyst, also known as the Technical Consulting/Sales Engineering Leadership Development Program, is an entry-level, 12- month program, designed as a precursor to our Technical Consulting, Sales Engineering, and Customer Experience teams. The training begins with learning about Citrix products, obtaining certifications, fine-tuning presentation skills, learning leadership techniques, and then finishes with gaining hands-on experience in the field.
For the first part of the training, you will have the option to travel to Fort Lauderdale, Florida for 3 months where you can meet your coworkers, explore Citrix HQ and build a lasting networking of peers. Housing and a rental car are provided for this time. After graduating from the training program, you will move into one of the three departments of Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Customer Experience, depending on your preference along with business needs. Relocation may be required within the U.S.
Role Responsibilities
•Obtain certifications in Citrix and Microsoft technologies, establish technical proficiency of our product portfolio, and become proficient with configuration
•Learn key technical concepts around desktop and server virtualization, cloud computing, server-based computing, and network/systems architectures
•Become proficient in delivering product demonstrations and presentations
•Develop your own style for communicating value proposition and messaging to customers
•Establish basic consultant-client relationships
•Shadow field consulting projects, support sales opportunities as a technical authority, and conduct analysis for technical architecture issues in a customer’s environment
•Demonstrate your knowledge in the field while being responsible for your business in a high-achieving environment
Basic Qualifications
•A bachelor’s degree, or four years of work or military experience
Preferred Qualifications
•Leadership experience
•Prior related internship, training, or work experience
•GPA of 3.3 or higher
**This position requires you to be willing to travel up to 50% of the time, and to relocate to a base city after the 12-month training (location based on preference as well as business needs).

In the state of Colorado, the salary for this role generally ranges from $53,078 -$66,348 but may vary depending on your qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of this range. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, sales incentives, and/or stock depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Citrix and the country where you work.
