What we're looking for:

As a Technical Program Manager, your passion is identifying efficiency problems within the Software Delivery Lifecycle/Operations of the Product/Engineering Team, and partnering with that team, using change management processes, to drive resolution to those challenges.


Position Overview: 

We are looking for a passionate, results and metrics-oriented Technical Program Manager who is responsible for ensuring planning, execution, and delivery across the product team. The role demands a data-driven approach to Product/Engineering execution management, with an ability to concisely communicate insights based on that data to leadership, make recommendations, and help drive improvements in how product delivery is executed.


Role Responsibilities: 

  •  Partner with Engineering teams and leadership to set program KPIs, milestones, and priorities

  • Drive initiatives to influence the improvement of software development processes

  • Develop tools and processes to improve team and program productivity and predictability

  • Develop dashboards with actionable insights that support team and leadership decision making

  • Coordinate releases on a frequent cadence

  • Manage dependencies across multiple teams and initiatives

  • Identify risks and drive mitigation planning and execution

  • Communicate progress of programs to diverse audiences 


Basic Qualifications: 


  • You have a full time Engineering Degree - Preferably in Computer Science 

  • You have at least 3 years of experience managing large scale programs across cross-functional teams in Cloud / SaaS context

  • You have at least a year of experience using and understanding SCRUM

  • You have working knowledge of current front-end web technologies

  • You have working knowledge of Cloud–AWS and Azure technologies/services

  • You are well versed in Agile methodologies and frameworks

  • Track record of leading continuous improvement across multiple teams

  • Ability to work with geographically distributed teams

  • Program Lead / Delivery Management experience 


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience working and managing the Atlassian suite of tools

  • Deep understanding of Agile values, principles, as well as Scrum framework

  • Experience with DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines

  • PMP/Scrum Master/ Release Train Engineer Certification

  • Excellent facilitation, conflict mediation, and situational awareness skills 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
