We are looking for a talented, driven, and passionate leader to help us build and develop our Account Management team. We have a tremendous inbound funnel that fuels our New Business organization, thereby providing Account Management a diverse scope and breadth of accounts. This team is responsible for helping new customers who may be stuck in the testing/pilot phase of their evaluation or who have yet to make Wrike’s case to their larger organization. They also work to expand Wrike presence in existing departments, as well as break into new departments in our existing customer base. Their activities include, but are not limited to, product demos, custom onboarding, account mapping, prospecting and referrals.

Position Overview

The right candidate will be a business owner that will execute diligently to drive the development and success of this quota-carrying team. Not only will this person be an agent of change, the ideal candidate must understand how to scale a business through identifying the correct people to join the team and nurturing them to be top performers. Enabling the team to develop core competencies, building the correct process, and implementing the correct technology will be at the core of this team’s success.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of Account Managers
  • Coach and enable AMs through 1x1 sessions and classroom style learning
  • Proactively identify and solve for gaps in process or skill set
  • Motivate AMs to exceed daily KPIs through coaching and incentives
  • Identify methods to optimize SFDC, Email Marketing, Onboarding, Data Mining and other tools to improve rep productivity
  • Develop dashboards to help AMs focus on maximizing performance and quota achievement
  • Create a team environment that is laser focused on exceptional execution and constant learning
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and cross functional peers to optimize pipeline development and sales growth.
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a management position, preferably in a SaaS company.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Track record of training and developing new hires, achieving fast ramp schedules.
  • Proven ability to coach and drive positive team momentum in a changing sales environment as we grow as a company
  • Demonstrated analytical skills to identify trends, opportunities, and analyze complex deals
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Proficient in Salesforce
  • Strong leadership presence
  • Results-oriented with strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize multiple objectives while meeting aggressive deadlines
  • Ideally has worked on a monthly quota cadence.
