Interviews are a great opportunity to learn more about the job, meet members of the hiring team, and to discover if the job aligns with your career aspirations.
We are excited to meet you in-person, and give you a one-of-a-kind office visit. You'll be able to explore and visualize what it's really like to work at Citrix!
While scheduling your onsite interview, you will receive emails from your Recruiting Coordinator with details on where to go, what time, and more. This contact will also be able to answer any questions you may have.
We recommend to follow all our best practices for a smooth onsite interview.
What to wear:
At Citrix, our work attire varies greatly depending on personal preference. Some Citrites wear business professional, while others wear jeans and T shirts! Use your best discretion for what to wear during the interview, and select whatever is most comfortable for you to showcase who you are and why you would like to work for Citrix.
Bring your phone, laptop, device-chargers or any essentials:
Ensure you have a fully-charged mobile device so you are able to contact us if needed. You may also choose to bring a laptop, but please ensure you keep it safely in a backpack or laptop case, and in your possession at all times. Citrix is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
1.) Do I have to be fully Covid-19 vaccinated to attend onsite interviews?
No. At this time we are not requiring visitors to be vaccinated against Covid-19 to enter an office or attend onsite interviews. We ask that you wear a mask if you are not "fully vaccinated." Fully vaccinated means that you have received all recommended doses of the primary vaccines and any booster(s) for which you are eligible.
2.) I am not comfortable traveling for an onsite interview at this time, could I do a virtual interview instead?
Yes. We are happy to accommodate and provide you with a virtual interview experience. You will also be given equal consideration in the recruitment process as long as you meet the basic qualifications for the role.
3.) Will I have to wear a mask during onsite interviews?
We ask that you wear a mask if you are not "fully vaccinated." Fully vaccinated means that you have received all recommended doses of the primary vaccines and any booster(s) for which you are eligible. If you are fully vaccinated, you are not required to wear a mask but you are certainly welcome to wear a mask if you prefer. Your interviewer(s) will follow the same guidance.
4.) Will I have to present a negative COVID-19 test to travel and/or attend an onsite interview?
COVID-19 testing is not required to enter a Citrix office. If traveling by air, please follow airline guidance for COVID-19 testing policies. If you are not feeling well and your onsite interview is approaching, please let your Recruiting Coordinator know the situation as soon as possible so we can reschedule.
5.) Where can I request an accommodation?
Citrix welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities. Reasonable accommodations are available on request for candidates. If you are an individual with a disability and require a reasonable accommodation to complete any part of the job application or interview process, please contact us at +1 (877) 924-8749 or email us at AskHR@citrix.com for assistance.
6.) I'm scheduled for virtual interviews only, can I choose to have an onsite interview and see the campus?
It is amazing that you are eager to get a better taste of the Citrix life, and see where you would be working! Currently, most of our interviews are taking place virtually. You can certainly ask your Recruiting Coordinator if visiting the campus is possible.
6.) Any last tips for onsite interviews?
