What we're looking for:

Primary Responsibilities

  • Capture specific customer objectives and quantify business value of Citrix solutions.
  • Interview and educate customers about sources of business benefits
  • Assist senior Value Advisors in strategic accounts
  • Provide basic analysis and insights of customer needs regarding Citrix technology


Develop and Maintain Content & Toolsets for Value Advisory

  • Perform market/industry analysis and develop insight reports
  • Oversee development of Value Advisory collateral including interview guides, value calculators, business case presentation decks, and business review reports.
  • Work with other Value Advisors to contribute to develop new customer value cases.

  • Ability to present and discuss business and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and establishes understanding for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Effectively multitask between initiatives with minimal oversight.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Positive customer service attitude.
  • Strong communication skills


Technology Experience

  • Experience with IT / Business alignment issues including reporting success metrics
  • Strong understanding of technology fundamentals; Citrix technology experience preferred

Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, and Experience)

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years industry experience in sales, sales engineering, or consulting
