You are familiar with IT in the Japan Market to improve sales revenue and contribute to up scale Citrix. Also you have experience in partnering with large public sector accounts or large enterprises, building long term relationships. Establishing relationships and engaging with businesses to find opportunities and sell Citrix products and services direct to existing named Fortune 5000 accounts or specified strategic accounts. Using your experience selling complex software solutions to large enterprise accounts to effectively build and lead teams of resources to achieve established account strategies.
You will be joining a Public Sector team and establish relationships and engage with the Corporate and IT management level. Understand and document customer’s business and IT strategies, priorities and goals.
Carry revenue quota to meet or exceed sales targets and demonstrate continuous progress towards achieving account strategies.
Establish teams of internal and external resources to identify, pursue, and close specific opportunities consistent with account strategies while being the primary point of contact.
Connect with inside sales, systems engineers, consultants, and sales specialists to fully utilize appropriate internal resources.
Communicate with resellers, system integrators, and any other external partner to achieve account strategies and opportunity plans.
Understand and navigate account procurement practices to reliably procure profitable licensing contracts.
Drive timely resolutions of customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Serve as the primary client contact for non-technical or support issues.
Ensure accurate and timely forecasts and reporting to management in SalesForce.com.
Basic Qualifications (knowledge, skills, abilities)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years selling in the public sector.
Shown skill in developing and maintaining relationships at all levels of a customer organization.
Create and handle a strong pipeline of business across multiple enterprise accounts.
Proficient in closing large sophisticated deals with enterprise accounts.
Knowledge of strategic/large account sales techniques and processes including the ability to understand customer needs, overcome objections, develop business cases and close deals.
Understanding of Citrix driven technologies.
Preferred Qualification (Education, Certification, Training, and Experience)
Continued success in meeting or exceeding enterprise sales quotas in excess of $1.5 million per year.
Proven track record in closing complex enterprise sales in the Public market.
Experience working with external partners to develop and close business within enterprise accounts in the Public market.
Experience in negotiating sophisticated software licensing agreements.
Network of enterprise “reference contacts” with whom one has built a trust relationship and with whom one can gain an audience to present Citrix solutions.
Communication ability and domain knowledge to learn advanced cases overseas through global members
