What we're looking for:

The CPQ (Configure/Price/Quote) & Digital Commerce Analyst serves Citrix by supporting CRM and Digital Commerce (Quote to Order) systems and processes in the WW Sales and Services Operations Organization.  In this capacity, it may be necessary to provide system support which may include software optimization, configuration, and maintenance. This function includes: needs assessment, design, implementation, adoption, enhancements, and production support for all sales systems and processes.  This individual will be asked to lead operational processes while managing detailed project plans in support of these processes. The individual is required to engage with a global virtual team to identify and drive system and process enhancements in support of the Citrix Sales teams and ensure their proper alignment within the organization.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support the objectives of the current Digital Commerce (Quote to Order), CRM, and Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems and other complementary Sales Systems.
  • Play the “Project Lead” role in system enhancements.
  • Help to define and optimize repeatable processes delivering additional customer value.
  • Participate in the IT enhancement process.  Ensure that sales-impacting enhancement requests are effectively qualified, prioritized and executed.
  • Liaise between business and IT to enhance and troubleshoot supported systems that impact processes and reporting.
  • Create and enhance workflows, functions and configurations and provide system administration of the Salesforce.com/Apttus environment. 
  • Lead the evolution of the Digital Commerce systems with a focus on process improvements and expansion of system capabilities.
  • Participate in new projects and work with business and technical team members on initiatives which may involve process improvements, system enhancements, or the development of new applications or software.
  • Work with sales organization to define report requirements and help prioritize needs.
  • May be a team leader and provide professional guidance and training to junior level analysts within internal team.
  • Oversee user acceptance testing and help define best practices.
  • Define test scenarios.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

  • Experience with Quote to Order, Customer Relationship Management and Sales Force Automation systems required.
  • Project and Portfolio Management preferred.
  • Expert level of expertise using Microsoft Office suite.
  • Must be comfortable supporting a large user base and able to maintain professional demeanor when dealing with distressed users.
  • Must be comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines and providing status updates to varying levels of management.
  • Pays attention to detail and instills quality in all deliverables.
  • Superior oral and written communications skills; excellent presentation skills; ability to lead meetings.
  • Takes leading role in senior level presentations with management teams as necessary.
  • Develops and executes communication and training strategy.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain global virtual relationships.  
  • Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm, poise and presence.
  • Works effectively with a variety of organization, management levels, cultures, and personalities.

  • Handles multiple tasks simultaneously, manage conflicting priorities and to complete assignments under aggressive time constraints independently.

Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, and Experience)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Business Administration
  • Salesforce Admin Certified (ADM 201).
  • Apttus experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of Systems Management experience.
  • 5+ years of Business Analyst Experience or Sales experience (working with customers).
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and Written).

  • Quantitative Analysis & Metrics - Ability to analyze financial data using mathematical models.
  • Systems Management - Possesses a general understanding of Sales Systems and knowledge domains relevant to specific processes and practices (within their application track).   In addition, possesses a general understanding of escalation management, requirements gathering processes, and the software development life cycle as it relates to business systems.
