What we're looking for:

The Wrike Data Engineering team is looking for a Data Quality Analyst. This role assumes wide cross-functional communication and it's a newly created unique role to help us in several critical business initiatives: cleaning up and harmonization of the client data in our DWH, analysing the cross-departmental pipeline of new customers and identifying crucial bottlenecks.
Primarily you'll be working with Postgres and SalesForce. Less-frequent tools: Tableau, Python, Google BigQuery. Because this is a newly created role you'll have the opportunity to craft and design the job and really make it your own. There is also possible future career development towards analytics and data engineering.

Responsibilities:
  • 50% of the time – Customers' Data: manual check of customers' data
  • working with several data sources
  • checking of the available information on the internet and/or with Sales Reps
  • identification of the primal (most correct) source of information
  • 20% of the time – Customers' Data: automation initiatives
  • analysis of the patterns during manual operations
  • identification of automation opportunities to decrease manual work
  • 30% of the time – New Customers Pipeline: bottlenecks analysis
  • analysis of the current "new customers pipeline"
  • identification of the bottlenecks
  • proposals to cross-departmental team on pipeline improvement (less errors, higher speed, higher quality of outcomes)
Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience in Analytics or Testing
  • Experience with SQL
  • English: upper-intermediate
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ready to do manual work, but with a passion for optimization/automation
  • Passionate about data
  • Salesforce Experience
  • Experience with databases - we use Postgres
  • Quick-learner
