What we're looking for:

A proven leader with demonstrated success  building high velocity inside sales teams with diverse backgrounds and varying levels of experience. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, passionate and organized individual who displays the core values of Citrix.

Position Overview:

  • Develops talent utilizing best practices for coaching and mentoring
  • Develops strategic plan for achieving team quota and implements tactics/initiatives to exceed business targets
  • Active participation in cross-functional business unit planning initiatives
  • Clear ability to drive the corporate business strategy and uses the appropriate corporate resources to achieve goals
  • Develop partner eco system based on the goals of SMB partner strategy
  • Forecasting accuracy within +/- 5% of attainment
  •  Leverages KPI’s to measure success of the business and performance of the individual contributor
  • Hands on manager (player/coach) who actively participates in customer calls and visits
  • Collaborates with professionals and peers beyond the sales organization in business development, marketing, product, customer success and sales enablement - showing ability to influence and build consensus beyond current organization
  • Identifies and address challenges / opportunities beyond the scope of their current role, reaching across the sales organization and driving enhanced business results
  • Responsible for people management decisions including, but not limited to: talent management, performance management, corrective action
  • Solicits regular feedback process improvements and makes recommendations to senior implement them.
  • Deliver on demand generation programs that result in a qualified, engaged pipeline of leads for the sales team.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction by coordinating resources for team to utilize throughout sales cycle
  • Drive process improvements that results in productivity gains

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6-8  years management experience leading a B2B, discreet quota carrying sales teams or 8+ years’ experience in a B2B, discreet quota carrying sales role in the technology industry
  • 4 year college degree or equivalent industry experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cloud or software sales a plus
  • Knowledge of Citrix and/or Citrix Certifications, a plus
  • Proven ability to lead high performance sales organization
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience selling in two-tier partner models with proven success in channel sales
