What we're looking for:

You will be passionate about how technology is utilized to tackle business problems in the Small Medium Business sector! You are passionate about leading and collaborating with team resources internally and in partners meet client plans. You have previous technology sales background with an ASEAN coverage and have developed strong customer and partner relationships.

Position Summary

As Citrix's Digital Sales Representative, we are responsible for selling Citrix Cloud software solutions to prospective customers in an assigned territory. We are hunters who prospect and seek for new opportunities to hit sales quotas! We advise prospects about business challenges and requirements, developing and managing multi product customer solutions to advance sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and apply an understanding of Citrix products, sales methodology, processes, prospecting techniques and customer baser while selling to small and medium business accounts and reseller partners

  • For new business, follow up on qualified leads via solutions sales, negotiation and closing sales

  • For existing customer base, call on and develop relationships with an emphasis on new product sales to our customer base. Account expansion and retention activities include cross selling into new areas

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and demonstrate continuous progress towards achieving account strategies with field counterparts

  • Ensure accurate and timely forecasts as well as opportunity updates in SalesForce.com for management visibility in territory pipeline

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key channel partners, system integrators, and any other external partners to develop and achieve the defined account strategies and opportunity plans

  • Sustain close relationships with field sales, systems engineers, consultants, and sales specialists to optimize full potential of every opportunity

  • Deliver product presentations to customers focusing on selling and positioning Citrix solutions

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven track record and prior technology solution selling experience

  • Multiple openings to serve ASEAN market, high business proficiency in written and verbal English communication
