Citrix recently formed a standalone Work Collaboration business unit to focus on our SaaS business—an area where we see the highest growth potential. This new business unit is unique, and we certainly aren’t afraid to stand out from the crowd and tackle the bigger competitors.

As the Enablement Director, you will be in the driver’s seat – defining and continuing to refine our global Enablement strategy and serving as a trusted partner to the Sales organization. Our goal – to accelerate seller ramp, upskill sales talent, and influence sales retention.

Let’s get into the details…here’s what we need:

  • Strategy & Framework – Design a Sales enablement framework for our Sales organization (Managers, Sellers, SDRs, Pre-Sales and Post Sales) inclusive of:
  • Onboarding Framework - Establish a scalable, modern, and relevant onboarding experience to speed ramp
  • Product Enablement - Collaborate with Engineering and Product management to ensure our sellers have up to date product enablement
  • Systems & Process Training – Align with IT/Sales Systems and Operations to provide necessary sales system and process training to ensure sellers can deliver quotes and execute
  • Sales Skills – Design a framework for ongoing sales skill training ensuring our sellers are optimizing their execution.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – As part of this role, you will need to establish a regular engagement cadence with Sales leadership and corresponding specialty functions (Product Mgmt, RevOps, Operations, Sales Systems, etc) to understand evolving sales needs.
  • Readiness Planning – Develop an enablement & communications operating model and rhythm of business for capturing, prioritizing, and planning the sales readiness roadmap.
  • Content Creation & Delivery – Design and deliver extraordinary enablement content across a variety of training modalities to instruct new skills and drive performance. Curate a highly effective learning library that delivers specific real time field requirements. We are looking for a hands-on leader to deliver training and execute against the training strategy.
  • Designing for Scale – For all training programs this role will require a continued lens for scale and optimization –.
  • Data Driven - The right person for the job uses data to drive insights and actions. We will need to establish Sales Enablement outcomes and measures of success/efficiency. All content and programs will need to be instrumented to quantifying the impact. Define seller productivity KPIs and leading indicators to surface seller areas of focus working alongside sales leaders to develop continued education to address efficiency gaps.
  • Sales Training Events – This role will be responsible for creating and delivering ad-hoc, quarterly, and annual sales events

Prior Achievements Include:

  • BA/BS degree in a business-related field with 10+ years of business experience
  • 5+ years in either SaaS Sales Enablement, Sales Management, or both
  • Experience with Content and Learning Management Systems (CMS, LMS)
  • Experience with reporting and dashboards in Salesforce, PowerBI, and/or Tableau
  • Strong sales methodology knowledge (Challenger, Counselor Sales, MEDDIC)
  • Experience with Sales Systems & Sales Enablement Tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedInNavigator, DiscoverOrg)
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Ability to work remotely with flexible hours to accommodate multiple time zones.
