Position Overview/Summary
You will be responsible for assisting leaders with improving their organization’s results and building their organization’s capability to achieve future challenges and realize the Citrix vision. As Principle Organizational Development Consultant, you will lead and consult on the design, implementation and adoption of strategic business and human capital strategies and initiatives. You will manage multiple, full cycle projects/programs that drive organizational performance and effectiveness. You’ll have process ownership responsibility for key functional areas within the Organizational Development team. These processes may include company culture initiatives, strategy and goal planning, organization assessment & design, change management, mergers & acquisitions and employee engagement initiatives.
Role Responsibilities
-Provides consultation to client organizations to assist them in achieving measurable improvements in their organizational performance and builds effective relationships with assigned clients at executive leader level and below
-Leads and/or facilitates midsize to large, global team and organization development interventions to support business objectives and strategy implementation
-Leverages business expertise and data-driven insights to design and deliver change solutions that enable the success of the organization’s business objectives. Provides change program leadership including managing the change strategy, leadership alignment, stakeholder and employee engagement and communications
-Drives the development of organization structures which enable business strategy. Collaborates with senior leaders from conceptualization through execution of their team structure, including designing the operating model, organization structure and governance as well as providing change leadership through the transition
-Analyzes organization structures, responsibilities, reporting relationships and work processes to determine business unit and company-wide programs that need to be changed and/or implemented in order to increase organizational effectiveness
-Leads process analysis and improvement initiatives as well as developing methods for measuring effectiveness of all programs that support organizational development
-Supports and expands continuous listening and engagement strategies, providing leaders with actionable and data-driven insights to evolve and improve employee experience
-Researches and reports on human capital best practices benchmark studies
-Gathers quantitative and qualitative data from a broad variety of sources; analyzes and synthesizes the information and prepares briefings and reports on trends, issues, and implications
-Creates reporting metrics, dashboards, and analytics to monitor and analyze progress and deliver data reports
-Facilitates working group meetings, conducts interviews and focus groups, develops and presents scenarios, and elicits business needs from conversations with stakeholders
-Develops and executes on proposals, work plans, schedules, and implementation strategies
-Acts as subject matter expert and mentor to HR colleagues
-Provides thought leadership and rolls up their sleeves to execute
-Consulting and facilitation, including leading workshops and strategy sessions to help senior leaders drive organizational strategies across the business
Basic Qualifications:
-Requires a minimum of 8 years related experience
-Bachelors degree.
-Able to partner and coach across all levels of leadership
- Knowledge of Organizational behavior/development/design theories, principals, frameworks, models, tools and techniques
-Systems thinking and data analytics focused
Preferred Qualifications:
-Organizational effectiveness and change management theories, principals, frameworks, models, tools and practices
-Merger and acquisition integration frameworks and practices (e.g. cultural integration, change readiness, communication and onboarding strategies, etc.)
-Employee engagement expertise, including experience implementing continuous listening programs and supporting leaders in increasing engagement across the organization
-Application of design thinking methodology and principles to organization development projects and initiatives
-Employee experience frameworks, trends and best practices
-Abe to bring structure to the undefined, including developing practical solutions and repeatable methodologies for use by the Organizational Development team
-Strong candidates will have external consultant experience and internal Organizational Development experience at a global company and/or within the tech industry
-Master’s degree in Organization Development, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Effectiveness or related degree and experience preferred
Supervision: Individual contributor role; however may lead or coordinate activities of project teams.
Reporting Relationship: Reports to the Senior Director of Organizational Development, works closely with leaders and team members across the global People & Organization Capability Team, VPs and Directors of HR COEs, and HR Business Partner leads for assigned client groups, and senior leaders across the business.
Travel: May require less than 10% travel in order to support organizational initiatives and assigned client groups

In the state of Colorado, the salary for this role generally ranges from $99,458 -$124,322 but may vary depending on your qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of this range. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, sales incentives, and/or stock depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Citrix and the country where you work.
