The PCSM Project Manager defines and measures the success of our channel programs, specifically Partner Customer Success Management. This role is responsible for balancing acquired from customers, partners, and stakeholders with strategic objectives to ensure that Partner Customer Success Management (PCSM) programs continue to best meet the needs of the business.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Manage global enablement and execution for the PCSM motion, technical enablement, roadmap planning, and planned improvements to system functionality through ongoing webinars to a worldwide audience.
  • Manage efficiency, relevance, and awareness of the PCSM programs and results across the Channel community.
  • Manage Partner survey results and advanced dashboards for management consumption to measure program success.
  • Interpret data, identifies trends, and translate analysis into recommendations to improve efficiency and support business strategy.
  • Participate in a consultative capacity in global virtual teams to drive action based on metrics.
  • Stay informed of all existing and upcoming CSM programs and understands the impact of each on both internal and external Citrix customers.
  • Capture and documents program requirements from Partners and customers as input into program recommendations.
  • Review customer and stakeholder inquiries and responses for input into new program proposals.
  • Develop program proposals and contribute creative ideas for new programs. Measure program success and impact.
  • Complete special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience with Operations and/or Channel Sales business processes preferred.
  • Complete knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Powerful business writing and proofreading skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Superior problem-solving and communication skills to adapt to a global audience of different cultures.
  • A highly motivated individual who can work independently and participate in team projects.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas into comprehensive verbal/written communication to gain broad organizational commitment and alignment with business and internal stakeholders and all management levels within the organization.
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain cross-functional teams, as well as global virtual relationships
  • Has a thorough understanding of the people, processes, technology issues and a passion for customer service (internal and external) and delivery/execution
  • Experience with Customer Success Management preferred
