You are a passionate, results-oriented Product Manager who has been or is currently responsible for delivery of "SaaS" products & Mobile. Citrix is looking to transform employee engagement and productivity through digital workflows. Position Overview 

As a Product Manager leading our Mobile team, you will drive the development of product experiences within our Mobile apps, define their evolving vision that helps to acquire, convert, and retain more engaged mobile users. You will also work with stakeholders from across the company to ensure we're building the right mobile experiences for our customers, and you will set the bar on delivering an exceptional user experience overall. As part of the Product Management team, you’ll bridge the technical and business worlds, defining and delivering the product roadmap and ship market-leading product that will be used in our customer’s daily tasks, redefining work solutions and collaboration patterns on a day-to-day basis. You'll ultimately own the results of the work of your team. 

Role Responsibilities 

  • Your role will focus on innovating for a group of mobile apps that enable our customers to instantly connect to powerful systems of record across Citrix’s Work Solutions portfolio, enabling users to solve time sensitive use cases wherever they may be. As part of your charter, you will become a leader and expert in understanding core tasks our end users perform across their document and signature workflows. You will work with other teams to identify whether solving mobile specific use cases or aligning mobile and large form factor creates the best end user experience. 

  • Define product strategy and achieve KPIs for the mobile part of the product in alignment with OKRs and business objectives. 

  • Define a roadmap and product plan for mobile and tablet apps, based on customer feedback, analytics data, industry trends and company goals. 

  • Help to improve engagement with Citrix Files, Signature and Citrix Podio by improving on-the-go experience through mobile. 

  • Become our go-to expert of our mobile experience. 

  • You’ll identify customer needs and business opportunities through a combination of user research, collecting feedback from cross-functional teammates, diving into data, and competitive analysis. 

  • Improve different stages of the mobile apps and the unification of the services in one integrated experience. 

  • Partner closely with your engineering and design teammates to prioritize and define mobile platform requirements, keep teams and stakeholders aligned with frequent and clear communication of progress, risks, and expectations. 

  • Own the features through the entire product lifecycle: ideation, discovery, planning and delivery. 

  • Be responsible for the evaluation of the impact of features on business and user experience. 

  • Lead one of the mobile team’s sprint-based work in close collaboration with an Engineering Product Owner. 

Knowledge and Skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, Computer Science or Engineering preferred 

  • Experience working within constraints of small form factor devices, with an understanding of different approaches needed for Android, Hybrid, or iOS development 

  • 2+ years' experience in the software development industry, Product Management experience preferred 

  • Experience with experimenting techniques. Understand the customer journey and have direct experience working with customers/ users 

  • Experience in companies that employ modern product management and software development techniques, especially customer validation and user research techniques. 

  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail. Great products are all about details 

  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic thinking and work hands-on 

  • Experience working with agile cross functional product teams and agile development methodologies 

  • Experience with customer or partner communication and relationship management. Experience presenting to both internal and external audiences 

  • Experience with delivery of software as a service (SaaS) is a plus 

  • Previous experience with Citrix ShareFile, Podio or Right Signature product lines or any competitive offerings like Box, Adobe Sign or DocuSign is a plus
