What we're looking for:

As a Python Developer at Wrike (a Citrix company), you will become part of a core development team of 250+ engineers developing Wrike, the latest acquisition by Citrix. Wrike is a leading project collaboration cloud software with an innovative product that helps thousands of companies in 130 countries run their projects, businesses, and employees. It is loved by global brands like Google, Airbnb, L'Oreal, Western Union, Fitbit, Hootsuite, Greenpeace, and startups around.

Job overview

You will be a part of our DevOPS team consisting of 14 people: Cloud Ops and Python Infrastructure developers. We are continuously evaluating and deploying new technologies, including public cloud providers, k8s, scalable CI and CD. We prepare services helping with automation of the routine tasks of those colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Create and support internal services that will help the Dev, QA, and Ops teams

  • Implement and support continuous integration and continuous delivery

  • Implement best practices in software development (code review, testing, prototyping)

  • Take an active part in meetings and sprint planning (We use Scrum)

Basic Qualifications

  • University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience

  • Communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on development experience with Python

  • Experience in front-end development (JS/TS, Angular/React/Vue)

  • Knowledge of network protocols and protocol stacks (TCP/IP, HTTP, etc.)

  • Knowledge of VCS (Git)

  • Experience with сode review, unit testing, and integration testing
