What we're looking for:

You are a Sales Support Specialist with a wealth of problem solving experience. You will have experience working in a fast paced environment solving complex tasks.

Role Summary

As the Sales Support Specialist you will be working in a critical function, ensuring renewal opportunities can progress quickly and flow seamlessly through the transnational systems. You will be responsible for providing accurate renewals quotes in a timely manager to the Renewals Sales steam, Partners and Distributors. This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities

  • Ensures that all case requests are processed through our systems within the communicated Service Level Agreements and according to Citrix guidelines, approved procedures, audit compliance rules, and revenue recognition guidelines.
  • Provides regular updates to Management on the status of services request queue
  • Owns all renewal quoting queries and cases raised by the VAD, e.g. quotes, renewal tools, training related to renewals etc.
  • Reviews, researches, and takes action as necessary. Resolves pending issues in order to ensure renewal opportunities can process through the stages and order can be transacted through our systems
  • Establishes and maintains a regular schedule of proactive calls and meetings with the counterparts at the Distributor and in the Renewals sales organization and maintains high levels of responsiveness.
  • Maintains and enters customer data in in-house customer relations management system.
  • Participates in month and quarter end closing.
  • Participates in User-Acceptance-Testing (UAT) tasks related to the Citrix Online renewal tools.
  • Maintains an in-depth understanding of renewals programs, promotions and related pricing and discount schemes. Understands the impact on the order processing procedures and assists in updating the training materials and provide training guidance to team members.


  • Experience working in a fast paced dynamic organization solving sophisticated problems preferably in the IT industry
  • Must have customer support or tele-sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office – specifically Excel
  • Required to work extended hours during peak times e.g. month and quarter end
  • Proficient English is required
