What we're looking for:

The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for developing business dashboards that provide real-time insight into sales forecasts and pipeline and that will support the sales and services organisation.  In this capacity, he/she will be required to automate reports by consolidating data from multiple disparate sources, measure business metrics and KPIs' for use by the senior sales leadership team for tracking and decision making purposes.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities

  • Designs and implements new/modified reports on sales pipeline and sales forecasts 
  • Develop advanced self-service dashboards using tools Tableau, Power BI, Excel for sales leadership team.
  • Responds to Ad-Hoc Reporting requests as needed.
  • Analyze large data sets to identify trends and predict outcomes based on historical performance
  • Continually works to identify new opportunities to improve existing processes and to provide further insight into sales pipeline and forecast for senior sales leadership team
  • Determine potential impact to data and systems resulting from projects, enhancements, and production support.
     

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

  • Proven experience in building data platforms for business benefit and to deliver impactful insights
  • Strong SQL coding, ability to develop and build reports in PowerBI and Tableau
  • Operational knowledge of data solutions including SFDC, PowerBI, Tableau. Understanding of data protection and data governance
  • Advanced problem solving and analytical skills of highly complex reporting and metrics scenarios.
  • Highly motivated individual that is able to work independently, as well as participate on team projects.
  • Ability to apply business knowledge and acumen when developing dashboards that support the overall business strategy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to complete assignments given aggressive time constraints with high quality level
     

Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, and Experience)

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in quantitative sciences (e.g., Statistics, Engineering, Information Systems or comparable).
  • 3-4 years of related Sales Operations and/or advanced analytics experience preferred
  • String analytical, problem solving and verbal and written communication skills
