Position Summary

As a Renewal Sales Specialist, you will be playing a critical role to position and present Citrix maintenance and renewal contracts within your assigned territory to your partners and customer.

We will focus on optimizing revenue from our current install base, you will love to prospect customer, cross-sell and up-sell products, services and cloud opportunities. You adopted accountability for proactive calling, following up, managing and closing your assigned accounts.

In addition to achieving your quarterly and annual revenue goals, one of your key responsibilities is also to assist our customers to transform to the cloud. You play a vital role in raising awareness and driving key cloud initiatives in your territory.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Be the point of contact and renewal process custodian for our internal and external customers, partners and distributors via phone, web, e-mail, and in-person
  • Provide routine analytical insights and support to your customers, partners and distributors
  • Provide all necessary quotes for the identified sales opportunities
  • Work with the channel team to help develop our channel partners
  • Provides accurate update of sales pipeline and forecast to the business leader through Salesforce.com
  • Involved in strategic global projects

Basic Qualifications

  • An excellent communicator with great phone etiquette
  • An excellent relationship builder with proven sales track record
  • A problem solver to your partners, customers, and sales colleagues
  • An agile sales performer who can work under pressure, meet deadlines and deliver accurate results
  • Multilingual – English and any other second native language to cover different markets within the Asia region
  • Proactive sales person who is positive and flexible to changes
