Here's what we need you to do so we can take first place:

  • Work Across our Desktop Client Products: This role is on a team that is heavily Windows and Mac client development focused but also includes some REST API development, maintaining automated tests, and code pipeline integration.
  • Customer-Focus: You are a Software Engineer that is well-rounded in the practice of driving innovation and is empathetic to the voice of the customer.  You are passionate about implementing functionality in incremental slices of value for the purpose of delighting the customer and driving measurable outcomes.
  • Collaboration: You will be working alongside a collaborative and talented team of Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Product Designers.  Shared responsibilities range from targeted research, refining requirements, root cause analysis of customer-reported issues, evaluating risks, and creating well-thought-out designs and implementations.
  • Continuous Learning: You are a self-driven, enthusiastic Software Engineer with a continuous learning mindset, a passion for technology, and a can-do positive/pro-active attitude.
  • Drive Code Quality: Embrace and implement best practices and coding standards (e.g., code reviews, logging and instrumentation, static/dynamic code analysis, code coverage, unit tests, integration tests) within the team.

Position Overview:

You will work on a team directly impacting our mission by engineering desktop client tools for the next evolution of the knowledge worker digital frontier. Accelerate productivity for the segment of our customers that are workers who orchestrate content sharing and collaboration via document approval requests, document co-editing sessions, and even gathering legally binding e-signatures.

You will be part of a team of 5 Software Engineers. We do everything with a team focus, giving each team a goal and letting them collaboratively design, develop and deploy a solution to that goal. We strive to redefine the employee experience by increasing engagement and productivity in the workplace.

Prior Achievements include:

  • 5-10 years of relevant software engineering experience.
  • Experience in one or more of the following programming languages: C#; C++; Swift; Objective-C.
  • Demonstrated experience developing Windows, Mac, or iOS client applications is required.
  • Experience with databases, preferably SQL Server.
  • Firm grasp of the concept (and benefits) of writing clean code in large codebases.
  • Understanding of Computer Science fundamentals (Algorithms, Data Structures).
  • Experience building unit and integration tests.
  • Embrace and implement Agile development framework and methodologies

Your superhero talents include:

  • Performance-driven Windows, Mac, or iOS client application development.
  • Experience with any of the following technologies: File Providers; Core Data; XPC.
  • Experience or knowledge in developing Backend services, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.
  • Fundamental knowledge or previous experience working with Cloud platforms; AWS, Azure or GCP.
  • Experience working in a development environment that uses CI/CD.
  • Experience building Selenium-based UI test automation.
  • Success in mentoring and elevating junior engineers.
