You are a passionate individual who has the drive to develop and drive our Channel Partners ecosystem to grow our business solutions in the region.

Position Summary

Primary function of this role is to enable and grow the route to market via our Focus Partners for Citrix in Singapore and Indonesia to deliver Citrix’s Intelligent Workspace, Hybrid MultiCloud Networking and Analytics solutions.

Represent Citrix in all activities associated with Focus Partner recruitment, business development and support, including developing strategies with the partner for differentiation, market penetration, and revenue/ margin growth as tools to achieve and surpass quota.

Work with focus partners to develop unique solution offerings based on Citrix technology and partner capabilities which can drive incremental and repeatable sales in the market.

Responsible for strengthening relationships between the focus Partners and Citrix business units including Field Sales, Inside Sales, Enterprise Sales, Channel Marketing, etc. Lead to conclusion business issues that directly affect the ability to develop long-term relationships between Citrix and the partners.

Uses both historical and forward looking data and analytics to track the health of the partner business and achieve a strong and predictable revenue stream for Citrix.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with a set of focus partners in Singapore and Indonesia to grow Citrix business in these regions, with a goal of generating new pipelines and achieve quarterly sales result.
  • Proactively and independently develop a joint business plan with partners that covers sales growth, capability building, go-to-market in their territory to deliver win-win business.
  • Drive and lead continual training activities which articulate Citrix’ strategic direction, product and technology roadmaps, requisite sales skills, go-to-market planning, demand creation and monitor partners’ progress towards adherence to program requirements.
  • Apply an in-depth understanding of Citrix products, programs, sales methodology, and licensing to effectively handle sophisticated partner issues and questions pertaining to product licensing, product features and program requirements.
  • Act as a sales mentor to influence partners’ ability to increase their revenue, margin, and asset investment in Citrix programs.
  • Assess, monitor and grow the technical pre-sales, sales and services capability of the partners.
  • Able to measure and report channel impact to the ASEAN Citrix Business.
  • Manage Partner KPIs and MDF funding in accordance to business plan execution.
  • Provide thorough and consistently accurate insight into the financial results and forecast of the partners’ investment in selling Citrix products and services.
  • Has already developed strong senior-level relationships within partners in Singapore & ASEAN territory and leverages those relationships to drive new business through phone and on-site visits.
  • Ensure Citrix is included in Partners’ Annual and Quarterly Business Plans to include, but not limited to Organizational Plan, Citrix Sales Plan, Citrix Education Plan, Citrix Marketing Plan.
  • Work closely with Sales counterparts to drive the focus partners to quota attainment, with appropriate product blend.
  • Work closely with marketing & channel strategy resources & present special programs to partners.

Basic Qualifications

  • Min 5 years in channels management
  • Proven results in a partner-oriented sales environment
  • Executive level relationships with Singapore and Indonesia focus partners.
