About the Role:

  • Perform the month-end, quarter end and year end close process including but not limited to preparing and posting journal entries, account reconciliations, system reconciliations and fluctuation analysis

  • Review revenue arrangements for non-standard terms to ensure revenue is recognized in accordance to the Company’s revenue recognition policy and ASC 606

  • Assist in drafting revenue accounting memos in compliance with GAAP

  • Perform quarterly SSP analysis

  • Support financial audit activities including PBC preparation, revenue testing and explanations

  • Identify and implement process and system improvements

  • Collaborate with Legal, Sales, and Billings teams to resolve revenue related issues and to provide revenue related guidance

  • Other projects as assigned

About You: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • Public Accounting experience preferred

  • CPA or equivalent preferred

  • 3+ years of similar experience in software industry Revenue Accounting

  • Strong working knowledge with U.S. GAAP revenue recognition rules

  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to details and be able to work independently and cross functionally across the company

  • Strong communications, Excel and analytical skills

  • NetSuite and/or Salesforce experience is a plus
