As a Technologist within Citrix, you'll be in a multifaceted role that will include remote services such as; demos, trials, calls, research, and proof of concept administration. You'll provide onsite services: event support, meetings, onsite trials and backfills; as well as earn badges in technologies to qualify as an authoritative resource for those services.
A badge is earned when you can consistently demonstrate the knowledge to demo a technology with emphasis on business value, bringing to bear good stories and competitive intelligence to optimally communicate the voice of the customer.
We know you're an excellent communicator with a passion and talent for sharing knowledge and insight whilst supporting internal partners, Field Sales Engineers as well as authoring white papers.
We'd like you to build product conversations with marketing and technical leaders as part of your pathway to earning technology badges and demonstrating broad product expertise.
Help develop Technical briefings on Citrix products and/or technology domains
Build high-level solution and product-specific presentations
Respond to and resolve technical queries
Partner with and provide support to TRM and CCS Teams in Accounts.
Identify customers’ technology needs as they align with current and future business outcomes
Map customers business needs to Citrix solution value proposition
Develop and share understanding of the competitive landscape
Embrace learning opportunities by completing the related technical certifications required by the role.
Meet and surpass agreed SLA’s for remote services.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical domain, including but not limited to Computer Science, Engineering IT, or equivalent experience is required.
Ability to effectively deliver and implement technical projects across multiple simultaneous engagements in a customer-facing capacity.
Excellent oral, written skills and presentation skills.
An excellent customer service demeanour and able to engage with different audiences.
