You are a cloud devops specialist or SRE with a strong desire to specialize in a security career path. You have advanced knowledge of cloud technologies and architecture obtained through further education combined with experience. If you have 5+ years of cloud experience, we’d love to speak with you! This role can sit remote in any US state.

Position Overview:

As Citrix is fully focused on delivering cloud services for virtualization and secure SaaS app delivery, our challenge is to enable security to operate at cloud speed to unblock hourly builds while maintaining the sensitive risk profile of our customer base across government, healthcare and finance sectors. Your goal will be to make security a joyful and easy process for thousands of developers in a way that scales to hundreds of microservices that make up the Citrix Cloud.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Embedding security processes into our CI/CD pipelines to deliver intelligent and adaptive security processes at cloud speed
  • Create innovative technologies to identify and fix vulnerabilities in our cloud services and infrastructure, and to deploy secure architectures using infrastructure-as-code and reusable code libraries
  • Responsible for making improvements of processes, systems or products to enhance performance of Product Security
  • Works to influence parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, practices and security architecture standards

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong desire to specialize in a security career path
  • Requires advanced knowledge of cloud devops practices obtained through further education combined with experience.
  • Experience with security SecDevOps practices or a strong desire to gain such knowledge based on existing cloud experience
  • Experience building on cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, AWS or GCP, and automation of cloud blueprints using infrastructure- or policy-as-code
  • Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of programming experience; or a Master’s degree with 3 years; or a PhD without experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with automating security tooling such as DAST/SAST/SCA in CI/CD pipelines

We provide benefits and rewards that meet the diverse needs of our employees by offering competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and equitable rewards opportunities for all employees. In the state of Colorado, the salary for this role generally ranges from $158,000 -$197,500 but may vary depending on your qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of this range. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, sales incentives, and/or stock depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Citrix and the country where you work.
