Position Overview

Citrix Application Delivery and Security team is on a mission to provide the best application delivery experience for modern application architectures deployed on cloud-native infrastructure. We are continuously innovating to secure workspace delivery by way of extending ZeroTrust capabilities in cloud-native deployments. We are looking for talented and highly motivated software engineers interested in taking on challenges associated with security, performance, scale, usability, and visibility in a distributed environment.

Roles and Responsibilities


The developer should be capable of efficiently implement a design on schedule with high quality. He or she is expected to be able to review new and old code for errors, security hazards, performance implications, and maintainability.


Extensive experience with design & development of medium sized features.  Capable of investigating the possible impact that new features and components will have on a large, diverse software system. Must be able to clearly and concisely define technical issues. The developer must be completing concept, functional, and design specifications with an appropriate level of detail for the audience.


Strong debugging and problem solving skills. Capable of analyzing stack traces and system core dumps to quickly triage an issue and devise a plan for resolution.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Masters/PhD in CS/IT/EE/Mathematics and computing with 8+ years of experience

  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing large complex size products in the area of ZeroTrust, Authentication, Cloud Security.

  • Proficient in one or more of the these languages (C/C++, Python and Go)

  • Experience in Cloud Native technologies involving Microservices, Dockers, Golang, Kubernetes, Helm Chart, Jenkins, CI, CD

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in developing and debugging product using one or more of the languages C/C++, Python, Golang

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Cloud Security, CASB, Zero Trust is Plus Knowledge of Authentication Protocols like LDAP, RADIUS, SAML, OAUTH is a value add. Ability and willingness to multi-task and learn new technologies quickly
