What we're looking for:

In this role, you will manage all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. You will design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing the project; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Identify, develop, and gather the resources to complete the project. You will also liaise with other operational areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project. You will set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet project targets and milestones

Primary Duties / Responsibilities

Develop the Strategy

  • Transform and evangelize the current Citrix employer brand to showcase the value
  • Incorporate and highlight elements of our corporate culture to help entice strong external content
  • Leverage a series of avenues not limited to social media, events, university relations and internal communications to showcase the brand
  • Develop a multi-channel strategy to help drive the right kind of talent to Citrix
  • Define a roadmap of events and campaigns to build and retain engaged communities
  • Create and maintain internal communications and socialization strategy to ensure success of employee referral programs and campaigns, monthly job features, recruitment messaging via Citrix intranet
  • Provide marketing and brand input to the New Hire experience strategy

Create the Content

  • Work with business units to create “Why Citrix” content to customize the message by Business Unit
  • Collaborate with the Citrix Marketing brand and social media teams to ensure that messaging is consistent and company visual identity and brand management guidelines for all branded material is being followed
  • Create and or work with external agencies to develop creative briefs, develop, and deliver recruitment marketing advertising or visual effects to include: videos, blogs, vlogs, flyers, brochures, guides and other printed material used for branding, advertising and recruitment
  • Work closely with agencies to help define business needs and translate into work
  • Manage content and updates for all recruitment platforms and programs that enable employment branding and candidate attraction for Citrix Careers including Company Internal and external pages as well as social media platforms 

Collaborate on Execution

  • Convert the employment branding strategy into a series of tactical roadmaps to track on a regular basis
  • Envision and develop a series of KPI (leads -> Hires) etc.to best measure the effectiveness of the strategy
  • Leverage results and feedback from campaigns to inform the Candidate experience strategy
  • Socialize the employer brand strategy to educate, include and engage Citrix employees.
  • Develop a series of events to help drive employee advocacy on social media

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3 - 5+ years of marketing (longer sales cycles preferred) and or Employment brand experience
  • In depth and results focused experience with lead generation and multi-channel engagement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated record of creating talent attraction and brand programs that align with the needs of the business by GEO
  • Ability to work in a cross functional environment and work with team members around the globe
  • Strong analytical capabilities to build dashboards and scorecards for the program as well as interpret results
  • Experience managing multiple vendors and agencies and driving accountability via regular QBRs and scorecards
  • Social Savvy; ability to identify social tools and trends
  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, good listening skills
  • Energetic and passionate about the company brand and recruitment activity

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Citrix and the country where you work.
