What we're looking for:

You are a successful Manager, with at least four years of sales management experience on EMEA Enterprise accounts.  You enjoy coaching and driving positive team momentum in a changing sales environment.

Position Overview

This is a senior sales management position with direct oversight of 5 Wrike Strategic Account Executive. In this role, your team will be selling the Wrike product line, Wrike is the collaborative work management platform of choice for 20,000+ companies in over 140 countries.  This role will be driving expansion on existing Enterprise customers (750+ employees) in DACH and Western and Southern Europe.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth across DACH and Western and Southern Europe Regions
  • Ensure key sales metrics and goals such as pipeline generation, sales activity and quota achievement are met.
  • Manage and drive deals to accelerated and systematic outcomes.
  • Active participation and guidance of strategic deals.
  • Consistent coaching of Wrike’s Value Selling principles.
  • Accurate forecasting of sales performance on a weekly, monthly & quarterly cadence. 
  • Leverage internal resources, such as Customer Success, Professional Services and R&D, to maximise revenue from our client base and facilitate long term customer relationships.
  • Ensure that demand generation is sufficient to hit and exceed sales targets.  Driving the conversation with Marketing and Sales Development to course correct when needed.
  • Motivate and mentor the team with positive, high energy leadership.
  • Ensure deal guidelines are followed and internal processes are running smoothly in support of achieving enterprise sales objectives.
  • Articulate enterprise market needs back to the organisation.

                    

Basic Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Sales Management
  • Fluency in German & English
  • Bachelor’s degree in relative field, MBA a plus
  • Proven track record as an IC in Enterprise sales (SaaS experience is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Successful new business track record managing enterprise SAAS sales and closing enterprise deals to hit and exceed targets
  • Proven ability to coach and drive positive team momentum in a changing sales environment as we grow as a company
  • Demonstrated analytical skills to identify trends, opportunities, and analyse complex deals
  • Proficient in Salesforce
  • Strong leadership presence
  • Results-oriented with strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritise multiple objectives while meeting aggressive deadlines
