What we're looking for:

You are a natural people person with excellent communications skills and thrives in meeting with clients and presenting them with solutions that make their business run better. You have two years of sales experience, ideally within technology or software sales, with a demonstrated record of success in driving customer adoption of technology solutions. You love building professional relationships using a variety of sales channels. You enjoy empowering and training to drive attention within partners to increase revenues.

Job Overview

You will establish relationships and engage with clients to find opportunities and sell the Wrike product. This is an inside sales position where you will be assigned a book of approximately 350 existing accounts with new accounts signing up every day.

Basic Qualifications

  • Full fluency in English
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.

Role Responsibilities
On any given day, you’ll be doing one or all of these things: 

  • Work all the inbound trials for exciting new startups and small businesses
  • Manage assigned accounts inbound trial leads
  • Work with customer Success to identify upgrade opportunities in existing subscriptions
  • Manage the full sales-cycle, including contract generation and other deliverables for closing
  • Learn proven SaaS sales process and methodology from decorated Sales Leaders Work with your territory team and leaders to strategise big deals
  • Leverage Salesforce.com to execute your lead processing and opportunity management
  • Prioritise opportunities and apply appropriate resources
  • Ensure 100% satisfaction with all customers 
  • Considerable experience in a sales role (SaaS Preferred) with experience in outbound business development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling the full sales cycle from qualification to close.
  • Experience managing customer relationships.
  • Additional language is a strong plus.
